123 Dental Emergency

I called around 8pm on a Friday and I got helped from a nice lady right away. My son jumped like a kitty and landed on my face and lost his front tooth. I got some great advice and just talking to someone helped calm the whole situation as no one else was open at that time.Thank you

If I could rate this service 0, I would.- I called 4 times (separate days) before I actually got to speak with someone in person- it took > 8 hours to have a dental professional call me back- the person who answers the phone is atrociously rude; if you don’t want to hear what problems people have, don’t work at an emergency lineIt would make so much more sense for people to provide a list of dental clinics that are open rather than referring to this service. Dental professionals are NOT available here 24/7, and you will just wait in agony until someone decides to call back.However, I will say the dentist who called me back was more than helpful - he called in prescriptions, did the best he could over the phone, referred me to a clinic that could see me.

I called about a dental emergency. I was corrected" by reception that there is no such thing as "emergency dentists" (this is a term used on the Columbia Square Dental website & advises patients to call 123 Dental Emergency). When I tried to explain this

Have been trying to talk to someone for almost 2 hours now, line is always busy. Would be helpful if there was a secondary line to call?

Got me an appointment in 5 mins. I searched for hours without luck. Lifesavers!

Called the emergency dental line and the woman was asleep, she was mumbling so bad I thought it was a wrong number. I checked I called back and it was her again sounded more awake I told her my daughter woke up to alot of pain and I don't have tooth pain meds and she said just give her a Tylenol and I asked is there anyone open on Sundays can you help me find a place she said no all the computers are down and to call back at 9 Amanda I asked is that it she said yes the Tylenol and call back..also when I said my daughter said the pain hurts so much its like it's itchy .. she almost laughed and said welllll iveee never heard anyone EVER say tooth pain is itchy.. wow.. if she had been in front of me she would know what itchy means after she healed up from her sudden tooth pain.. IF YOUR GOING TO HAVE SOMEONE ON AN EMERGENCY LINE PUT SOMEONE WHOS NOT SLEEPING, NOT USING RUDE TONES AND ACTUALLY CARES JUST A LITTLE. I will not call back to this line ever. Very disappointing!.
